Customer confidentiality

All information supplied by customers to Bia Analytical will be treated as confidential between Bia Analytical and the customer. Such information will be handled within the laboratory on a strictly confidential basis and will not be divulged without the permission of the customer. In the case arising of a legal requirement to release confidential information, advice will be sought from our legal advisors. Aggregated and anonymised test results data may be published in the scientific or popular literature.
